Senior HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across industries
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using innovative talent strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
• Drive talent pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR consulting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and techniques
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
