Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Induction
  • Manage new hire documentation, induction sessions, and HRMS setup.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with onboarding checklists within 3 working days.
  • Coordinate joining kits, ID creation, and background verification.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and physical files.
  • Handle confirmations, transfers, separations, and exit formalities.
  • Draft and issue employment-related letters and documents.
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare
  • Plan and execute monthly engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Support festival celebrations, team-building activities, and CSR events.
  • HR Operations
  • Maintain HRMS data, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Address employee queries promptly and ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Generate HR reports and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Performance Management
  • Assist in goal setting, quarterly reviews, and appraisal processes.
  • Track and follow up on evaluation submissions.
  • Policy Implementation & Compliance
  • Educate employees on HR policies and ensure adherence.
  • Maintain audit-ready HR records and statutory documentation.
  • Statutory Compliance & Administration
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
  • Independently manage ESI, PF, LWF, PT, Gratuity, and Bonus Act compliance.
  • Track remittances, filings, and coordinate with external auditors and consultants.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency with HRMS tools and basic payroll support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
