Handle HR functions across 6 dark store locations, ensuring smooth operations.
Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to successful onboarding.
Employee Relations:

Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.
Performance Management:

Support appraisal systems, track employee performance, and facilitate feedback sessions.
Training & Development:

Coordinate learning programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Rewards & Recognition:

Drive initiatives to appreciate and motivate employees.
Employee Engagement:

Organize activities, surveys, and engagement programs to improve retention.
HR Administration:

Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll support, and statutory compliance.
Policy Implementation:

Ensure adherence to company policies, HR guidelines, and labor laws.
Travel Flexibility:

Willingness to travel frequently to allocated dark store locations.
