Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. This is an individual contributor role within the HR Shared Services team – ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, systems, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment
• Act as the go-to HR partner for all employees
• Ensure timely and compliant execution of HR documentation, contracts, and records
• Handle onboarding/offboarding formalities, including documentation
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure timely processing
• Manage attendance and leave tracking
• Resolve employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and systems
• Drive process improvements for better service delivery

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in HR operations/shared services
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Understanding of Indian labor laws and payroll basics
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail are a must
