Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compliance, Policy Building and Culture Development. You will work directly with the Founder and Leadership team . Key Responsibilities :- End-to-end Talent Acquisition - sourcing, screening & hiring for multiple roles. Build and implement HR policies, processes & compliance from scratch. Manage payroll, attendance and employee records. Drive employee engagement, onboarding & training initiatives. Act as a culture custodian - enabling a transparent, energetic workplace. Partner with founders to scale HR systems as the company grows.
