Senior HR Executive

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and HR operations, preferably within the heat exchanger or related manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles Manage HR operations including employee engagement, performance management, and compliance Maintain HR records and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies Support training and development initiatives Contribute to HR strategy and process improvements

Skills & Attributes:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3 to 6 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment Prior experience in manufacturing or engineering industries, preferably heat exchanger domain Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in HRMS and recruitment tools
• Experience in high-volume hiring and technical recruitment
• Familiarity with industry-specific roles and talent pools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
