Job Title: Senior HR Executive and Generalist Location: Chennai Experience Required: 4 to 7 years Shift: US Shift (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM) Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding) Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver talent solutions Ensure smooth onboarding experience and induction program for new hires Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling Organize employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities Promote a positive and inclusive work environment HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs) Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing HR federal and state requirements Manage HR documentation, employment letters, and contracts Performance Management Assist in implementing the performance appraisal process Guide managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews Identify underperformance issues and support improvement plans Learning & Development Identify training needs and support learning initiatives Coordinate internal and external training sessions and track effectiveness Policy Implementation Develop and update HR policies in line with company goals and labor law Educate employees and managers on HR policies and best practices Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 4+ years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or Executive role Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
