Job Opening: Deputy Project Manager (Highway) & Billing Head

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager (Highway) & Billing Head who will be responsible for managing overall site operations, project execution, and client billing for our highway projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in road construction, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in handling both site management and billing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site execution and ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Manage all aspects of billing, client coordination, and certifications.
• Prepare, verify, and submit running account (RA) bills, final bills, and client invoices as per contract.
• Monitor resources, subcontractors, and materials to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and certify subcontractor bills.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, technical specifications, and NHAI/MORTH guidelines.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, reporting, and achieving project milestones.
• Maintain proper documentation of project progress, billing records, and correspondence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in road/highway construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of NHAI/MORTH specifications, contracts, and billing procedures.
• Hands-on experience in preparing client bills, subcontractor bills, BOQ analysis, and rate justifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and handle site challenges independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and billing software/tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
