This role is responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, directing inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure a welcoming and efficient front office environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage the front desk operations including answering and directing incoming calls. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company protocols. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate with internal teams for scheduling. Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling. Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and appearance. Support HR or Admin departments with event coordination or onboarding activities, if required. Ensure office supplies at the front desk are stocked and requisitions are raised as needed. Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company.
