Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Assistant located in Shimla Rural. The Billing Assistant will be responsible for preparing client invoices, handling billing processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in overall accounting and finance operations. Daily tasks include verifying billing details, coordinating with internal teams for accurate data, and ensuring timely invoice generation to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Billing Processes and Invoicing operations
Strong background in Accounting and Finance
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with financial systems and billing software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Work experience in the construction industry is an advantage
