Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a DBM and BV Laying Manager based in Agra. The DBM and BV Laying Manager will oversee and manage the preparation and implementation of Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) and Bituminous Viscosity (BV) laying operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising laying activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining compliance with safety and construction regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in DBM and BV laying processes, road construction, and asphalt technology
• Knowledge of quality control standards, material handling, and equipment operation
• Project management skills, including planning, coordination, and team collaboration
• Familiarity with safety standards and construction regulatory compliance
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in a professional setting
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in roadway or highway projects is an advantage
