Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated DBM and BC Laying Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Agra. The selected candidate will oversee daily operations related to Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) and Bituminous Concrete (BC) laying activities. Responsibilities include supervising projects, coordinating with teams, managing site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves monitoring equipment operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and efficiently resolving any on-site issues.

• Expertise in DBM and BC Laying techniques, materials, and processes
• Proficiency in project management, team coordination, and scheduling
• Ability to ensure adherence to safety standards and monitor equipment operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-site challenges seamlessly
• Effective communication skills and experience in engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of quality control measures and regulatory compliance requirements
• Engineering or technical degree in civil construction or a related field
• Prior experience in road construction and infrastructure projects is an advantage
