As a full-time Senior Healthcare Recruiter located in Bangalore and working for US time zones, your primary responsibility will involve sourcing, interviewing, and hiring healthcare professionals throughout the United States. Your daily tasks will revolve around liaising with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements, managing job postings, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare Staffing or IT Staffing and Recruiting. Your proficiency in hiring and sourcing candidates, coupled with strong customer service and communication skills, will be crucial. Additionally, your ability to work autonomously, handle multiple tasks effectively, and exhibit excellent interpersonal and organizational competencies will be highly valued. Prior experience in a healthcare staffing company is advantageous, as is your familiarity with recruiting healthcare or IT professionals from US-based companies while operating from India during night time.,
