Role & Responsibilities - Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality creatives for digital, print, and multimedia platforms in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs and marketing objectives into compelling design solutions.
• Lead creative discussions, present ideas effectively, and articulate design rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Mentor junior designers by providing guidance, constructive feedback, and setting design standards for the team.
• Stay updated with global design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives and innovation into projects.
• Develop impactful campaigns tailored for

  advertising, digital marketing, manufacturing, and education sectors

  .
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Ensure all creative outputs are strategically aligned, visually appealing, and effectively communicate the intended message.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Design, Fine Arts, or Visualization & Communication

  from a reputed institute/university.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)

  and other design tools.
• Prior experience working in

  advertising agencies/digital marketing environments

  with a strong portfolio to showcase.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts and ideas effectively to non-design stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering design solutions for

  manufacturing and education domains

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset with the ability to think both strategically and visually.
