Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to manage our creative team, drive visual strategy, and produce high-quality design and video content for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong visual thinker with hands-on expertise in design, motion graphics, and video editing—capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team & Project Management

 Effectively lead and manage the creative team, providing solutions and guidance for all allocated client mandates—including posting updates, overseeing creatives, drafting responses, and managing daily deliverables.

 Oversee end-to-end execution of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

 Work closely with content, servicing, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on briefs, deadlines, and client expectations.

 Maintain consistency of brand identity across all creative and communication touchpoints.

2. Graphic & Visual Design

 Design visually compelling graphic content, illustrations, layouts, and infographics for digital and print platforms.

 Manage the full design lifecycle—from brainstorming concepts to final execution, ensuring designs meet brand and communication objectives.

 Develop innovative design concepts suitable for digital campaigns, ads, social media, presentations, and print materials.

 Stay updated with the latest industry trends, digital design innovations, and print production techniques.

3. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

 Edit raw video footage to craft cohesive, engaging, and impactful visual stories.

 Use advanced editing techniques including color grading, sound design, transitions, and visual pacing to elevate video output.

 Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and VFX elements to enhance digital content.

 Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines, messaging requirements, and technical specifications for various digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

 Keep up with emerging video formats, editing technologies, and motion design trends.

4. Technical Expertise

 Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

 Working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.

 Ability to troubleshoot visual and technical challenges across design and video workflows.

5. Professional Attributes

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

 Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and design quality.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

 3–7 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, or similar creative roles.

 A strong portfolio showcasing design, video, and motion graphics work.
