Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer, based in Lucknow. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating impactful and visually appealing designs, working on branding and logo design projects, and incorporating typography into various campaigns. They will collaborate closely with teams to conceptualize and execute creative strategies and ensure designs align with the company’s and clients’ brand guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design marketing collaterals - social media posts, digital ads, emailers, website graphics, and campaign visuals.
  • Collaborate with the content, strategy, and performance marketing teams to create cohesive brand visuals.
  • Develop branding materials including logos, brand guidelines, packaging, and pitch decks.
  • Execute creative ideas for client campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
  • Adapt and localize designs for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Stay updated with design trends, creative tools, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with vendors for print materials when needed.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of professional design experience (preferably in an agency setting).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, XD) is a plus.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to take creative direction constructively.
  • Portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design work.

  • Creative Output:

    Number of quality deliverables produced per week/month.
  • Turnaround Time:

    Average time taken from brief to delivery.
  • Brand Consistency:

    Adherence to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Engagement Impact:

    Improvement in engagement metrics (CTR, reach, shares, etc.) for designed assets.
  • Client/Team Feedback:

    Quality ratings or satisfaction scores from internal teams and clients.
  • Innovation:

    Frequency and effectiveness of new creative ideas or visual approaches implemented.
  • Revision Ratio:

    Number of revisions per project (aiming for minimal changes).
