About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to drive adoption of Proton3’s newly launched product in the Food & Beverage sector. The role will focus on building relationships with restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and other food outlets to promote and onboard them onto our platform/product.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to targeted outlets (restaurants, cafés, bakeries, etc.) to introduce and pitch Proton3’s product.
* Educate potential partners about the product’s features, benefits, and business value.
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers and owners to encourage product adoption.
* Maintain a daily/weekly call log and update the CRM with accurate lead and conversion details.
* Follow up with leads consistently to close deals and onboard outlets.
* Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback from the field.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in telesales, field sales, or business development (preferably in F\&B, SaaS, or related industries).
* Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first approach.
* Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
