Role Overview:

Creative Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality 

  graphics and illustrations

   for social media, websites, print campaigns, branding, and client projects using 

  Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

  .
• Develop original illustrations, custom icons, and other visual elements aligned with brand identities.
• Collaborate onsite with marketing and content teams to transform concepts into visually compelling designs.
• Maintain consistency across all designs, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, illustration techniques, and creative tools to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Manage multiple design projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining creative excellence.
• Revise and refine designs based on team feedback while keeping creative integrity intact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expert-level proficiency in 

  Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

   (mandatory).
• Strong illustration skills and experience creating custom visuals.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Proven portfolio showcasing design and illustration expertise.
• Ability to work collaboratively onsite in a fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (optional).
• Understanding of social media content design, digital campaigns, and branding.
• Exposure to motion graphics or animation is a plus, but not mandatory.
