Senior Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer is responsible for all creative design solutions that have a high visual impact. This role involves liaising with team members, internal functional partners or stakeholders and/or directly with the leadership to determine their requirements, budget and understanding their needs before making design decisions

v' Execute creative projects on-demand for different departments within the organization

v' Complete projects on-time by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. as and when needed

v' Uphold brand guidelines and have strong knowledge of design standards

v' Should be STRONG on PPT creative skills

Skills required :

v' Accuracy and attention to detail

v' Intimate knowledge of presentation programs such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Prezi and

Keynote, Adobe Acrobat, etc.

v' Have a good eye for design and aesthetics to create well thought out presentations

v' Excellent IT skills, especially with latest industry design, print / publishing and photo-editing softwares and be able to work with Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, Flash, etc. Audio and Visual recording and editing skills will be an added advantage

v' Exceptional creativity and innovation

v' Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure and

handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time

v' An understanding of the latest trends, styles, formats, templates, etc.. within the national and

global corporate environment

v' Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines and strict adherence to decided deadlines

Preference of Educational background:

v' Diploma / Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Designing or related courses

v' Capabilities in web designing (Coding / WordPress / Website development, etc..), video

designing will be an added advantage

Preference of Professional background :

v' Preference will primarily be given to individuals with proven experience in Corporate/Internal Communications departments of reputed IT/ITES companies. Individuals with experiences in Ad agencies, Brand Consulting companies, multimedia companies, Web Development Companies etc.. would be considered as a secondary preference
