Role Overview

Senior Graphic Designer

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to craft beautiful, strategic, and meaningful designs—while shaping the design culture at Unlimits.

Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Design Execution

• Conceptualise and design visuals for digital campaigns, web pages, presentations, and product assets
• Create visual content that aligns with our brand tone—modern, minimal, and impactful
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms
• Lead visual storytelling for product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to translate business goals into creative design outcomes
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and design reviews, offering visual insights and creative direction
• Mentor junior designers and guide freelancers when needed

Tools & Systems

• Use modern design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), or similar
• Collaborate in design systems and ensure pixel-perfect execution across devices
• Manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced, agile environment

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional design experience, preferably in tech or creative industries
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual, branding, and digital design work
• Expertise in tools like 

  Figma

  Photoshop

  , 

  Illustrator

  , and 

  After Effects

• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and modern design trends
• Ability to think strategically about visual communication and brand positioning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for

• Motion design or animation experience
• Familiarity with web design principles, UI/UX, or product design collaboration
• Experience working with generative design or AI-powered creative tools
