We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who is a Figma expert—someone who designs intuitive, elegant, and meaningful digital experiences, and wants to change the way the world dreams.

Role Overview

We’re on the hunt for a UI/UX Designer who lives and breathes Figma.

If you’re passionate about creating stunning, user-centered designs, rapid prototyping, and bringing clarity to complex ideas through clean interfaces, we’d love to connect.

You’ll own the end-to-end design process—from wireframes to pixel-perfect UI—collaborating closely with product, engineering, and brand teams to shape a seamless, inspiring user experience.

Responsibilities:

Design Strategy & User Experience

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and product goals.
• Translate ideas into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Lead UX discovery processes including user flows, journey maps, and research synthesis.

UI Design & Visual Craft

• Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems in Figma.
• Ensure pixel-perfect visual execution that aligns with the brand’s identity.
• Maintain consistency and usability across web and mobile interfaces. Prototyping & Interaction

Prototyping & Interaction Design

• Use Figma to build interactive prototypes for testing and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specs.

Design Systems & Components

• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Ensure that design files are clean, organized, and ready for cross-functional use.

Collaboration & Handoff

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers.
• Deliver clear design documentation and conduct handoff sessions with developers.

Feedback & Iteration

• Rapidly iterate based on user testing, stakeholder feedback, and product analytics.
• Embrace feedback with a growth mindset and continuously evolve the product experience.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Expert in Figma — design systems, components, auto-layout, prototyping.
• Proven experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, layout, and color. Nice to Have
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically while executing with detail and precision.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with design tools like FigJam, Adobe Suite, or ProtoPie.
• Experience in motion design or micro-interactions.
• Exposure to user research and usability testing methods.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better design-to-dev collaboration.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams in agile environments.
• Familiarity with designing for Flutter or React Native apps.
