Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Creative Projects: Take ownership of design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring all designs meet the brief, brand guidelines, and high-quality standards.
• Design & Execution: Conceptualize and create a diverse range of digital and print assets, including:
• Marketing and advertising materials (social media, digital ads, email campaigns).
• Website and UI/UX assets.
• Brand collateral (presentations, brochures, internal documents).
• Infographics and data visualization.
• Brand Consistency: Act as a brand steward, ensuring visual consistency and excellence across all company materials and platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Content, Product, and Sales, to translate business objectives into effective design solutions.
• Mentorship: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers and team members to elevate the overall quality of creative output.
• Trend Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design to keep our visual language fresh and innovative.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a similar creative role.
• Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, typography, layout, and visual problem-solving.
• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with collaborative design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Conceptual Thinking: Excellent ability to interpret complex concepts and data and translate them into clear, engaging visual narratives.
• Communication: Strong verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design choices to non-design stakeholders.
• Self-Management: Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and be a proactive problem-solver in a remote work setting.

Important Work From Home Requirements

• Own System: The candidate must have their own computer/laptop and reliable high-speed internet connection that can support the demands of professional graphic design software and video conferencing.
• Remote Readiness: Must be comfortable and effective working fully remote, with the discipline to maintain productivity and engage with the team virtually.
• Office Transition: Must be open to transitioning to a hybrid or full-time office model in Noida office when the company initiates this change in the future.
