Job Description

Are you a design thinker with a sharp eye for aesthetics and a passion for storytelling? We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design across digital, print, and experiential platforms — with a strong focus on Food, Lifestyle & Hospitality (experience is a must).This is a senior, hands-on role with ownership of brand systems, campaign creative, packaging, and production quality from concept through delivery. You will also mentor junior designers, manage external vendors/freelancers, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations.Reports to: Creative Director / Head of Design

Responsibilities

  • Visual strategy & brand systems: Define and evolve visual direction and brand systems that ensure consistency and strengthen brand recognition across Food, Lifestyle & Hospitality touchpoints.
  • Campaigns & creative outcomes: Lead end-to-end creative for campaigns, packaging, menus, social, web, and experiential work—delivering concepts that meet business goals and drive customer engagement.
  • Project ownership & delivery: Manage timelines, budgets, milestones, and approvals to deliver high-quality, production-ready assets on time and within scope.
  • Mentorship & team leadership: Coach and develop a small design team (1–3 designers); set standards, provide actionable feedback, and elevate overall design quality.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with marketing, content, events, product, and culinary teams to translate strategy into cohesive, customer-facing creative solutions.
  • Production & vendor management: Oversee print and production workflows, manage freelancers/vendors, and enforce quality checks to ensure flawless execution.
  • Stakeholder communication: Present clear, persuasive concepts and rationale; incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate to final approvals.
  • Systems & continuous improvement: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and asset libraries to streamline processes, reduce rework, and improve design efficiency.

Qualifications

Required
  • 3–7 years in graphic design with senior-level ownership of brand, packaging, or campaigns
  • Direct experience in Food, Lifestyle & Hospitality
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, packaging, campaigns, digital, and print work
  • Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end and mentor junior designers/contractors
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Detail-oriented with strong typography, layout, and color sensibility
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and managing multiple projects under tight timelines

Preferred

  • Experience with Canva
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills
  • Familiarity managing print/production workflows and external vendors
