Senior Graphic Designer - JG

Responsibilities

• Lead visual design for campaigns, packaging, menus, social, web, and experiential touchpoints
• Set creative direction and ensure cohesive execution across channels
• Own project delivery: timelines, deliverables, reviews, and final art direction
• Mentor a small team (1–3 designers) and manage freelancers/vendors
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, systems, and asset libraries
• Collaborate with marketing, content, events, product, and culinary teams
• Oversee production workflows to ensure print- and production-ready outputs
• Present concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
  

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in graphic design with senior-level ownership of brand, packaging, or campaigns
• Direct experience in Food, Lifestyle & Hospitality (required)
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, packaging, campaigns, digital, and print work
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end and mentor junior designers/contractors
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (Canva a plus)
• Bonus: motion graphics or video editing skills
• Detail-oriented with strong typography, layout, and color sensibility
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and managing multiple projects under tight timelines
