Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role
We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience and a strong background in visual storytelling and communication design. Although this role is part of the marketing team, the scope of work will extend across branding, product, and digital initiatives throughout the organization.

You will be responsible for delivering compelling designs across a variety of formats, including digital and print. From social media graphics and visual identity systems to brochures, posters, and product-related materials, your design expertise will help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.

The ideal candidate has a portfolio that reflects a deep understanding of design principles, refined typography and layout skills, and the ability to translate brand strategy into powerful visual communication. A proactive approach to work, an interest in AI-driven design tools, and a passion for staying up to date with design trends are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design brand communication materials such as logos, brochures, posters, packaging, and digital assets
• Create visually engaging social media content, marketing campaign materials, and other brand-aligned collateral
• Develop and maintain visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and teams
• Apply audience insights and market research to produce relevant and effective design solutions
• Use AI-assisted tools to support creative exploration and streamline workflows
• Stay current with evolving design tools, visual trends, and best practices to enhance creative output
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to create brand assets and UI-related visuals

Skills and Tools

• Strong foundation in communication design with an eye for visual storytelling
• Expertise in layout design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Skilled in using Figma for interface and collaborative design projects
• Ability to understand creative briefs and deliver clear, impactful visual solutions
• Experience in motion graphics and basic video editing is considered a plus
• Familiarity with designing web graphics, icon libraries, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms
