Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality creatives for campaigns and marketing collaterals, including:
• Social media posts, stories, and reels
• Website banners and blog illustrations
• Email templates and newsletters
• Digital ads (retargeting & display banners)
• Presentations, brochures, postcards, signage, and other branding materials
• Create custom illustrations and design assets aligned with brand identity.
• Work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
• Use design tools like

  Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma

  for creating templates and graphics.
• Edit and enhance videos (short-form and long-form) using

  Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools

  .
• Manage design timelines, deliverables, and maintain smooth workflows across departments.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of professional experience

  in graphic design (print + digital).
• A strong

  portfolio

  showcasing social media creatives, web design, and marketing collaterals.
• Expertise in

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva

  .
• Proficiency in

  video editing tools

  (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of

  typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling

  .
• Experience in the same industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail.
