Job Description: Graphic Designer Location: Baner, Pune (Onsite) We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Graphic Designer to take full ownership of our brand’s visual identity across digital and print platforms. From social media creatives to marketing campaigns, website assets, and presentations, you will ensure our brand communicates consistently, creatively, and effectively. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver high-quality creatives for campaigns and marketing collaterals, including: Social media posts, stories, and reels Website banners and blog illustrations Email templates and newsletters Digital ads (retargeting & display banners) Presentations, brochures, postcards, signage, and other branding materials Create custom illustrations and design assets aligned with brand identity. Work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling. Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms. Use design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma for creating templates and graphics. Edit and enhance videos (short-form and long-form) using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools . Manage design timelines, deliverables, and maintain smooth workflows across departments. Qualifications & Skills 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (print + digital). A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, web design, and marketing collaterals. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva . Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling . Experience in the same industry will be an added advantage.
