About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Designer with strong creative and technical expertise, especially in AI-driven design tools and workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing visually compelling designs that align with our brand and marketing goals while leveraging AI to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts across digital and print platforms.
• Utilize AI-based design tools, Figma AI, to streamline and enhance the design process.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Lead visual strategy for campaigns, social media, website, and other marketing materials.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, design trends, and tools to continuously improve output.
• Mentor and guide junior designers to ensure high-quality creative delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 3–9 years of professional experience in graphic or digital design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical proficiency, and use of AI tools in design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills:

• Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX, or product design.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering or AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Ability to translate marketing goals into visually compelling designs.
