Senior Graphic Designer

You will bring ideas to life through stunning visuals, compelling storytelling, and strategic design thinking. From concept development to final execution, you will lead the entire design cycle for both digital and print projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete design processfrom concept, strategy, and visual development to final delivery.
• Create high-impact social media creatives (illustration-based, photo-based, or mixed media) tailored to each brands identity and marketing goals.
• Design digital marketing assets including banners, emailers, ads, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Develop visual elements for websites, landing pages, UI components, and full-scale digital campaigns.
• Define, refine, and uphold creative direction across digital and social media platforms.
• Produce motion graphics and animation for ads, social content, explainer videos, and digital experiences.
• Create concepts for branding projects including logos, visual identity systems, and campaign stylescapes.
• Execute high-quality designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Collaborate closely with clients, account managers, developers, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, creative techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver design solutions that reflect innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking.
• Ensure timely delivery of all design assets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Work with Figma for UI design involvement, component structuring, and collaboration (as needed).

Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional graphic design experience

  (agency experience strongly preferred).
• A

  strong portfolio

  demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, campaign work, and motion graphics.
• Mastery of

  Adobe Creative Suite

  Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (After Effects is a major asset).
• Experience with

  AI design tools

  such as Midjourney, Firefly, DALL•E, etc.
• Strong foundation in typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
• Excellent understanding of digital design principles and platform-specific formats.
• Skills in illustration, photo manipulation, or animation are a strong advantage.
• Exceptional time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Must be fluent in
