Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Google Ads Specialist with proven expertise in D2C e-commerce to manage and scale revenue-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Performance Max (P-Max), Shopping Ads, Google Merchant Center (GMC), GA4, and funnel optimization. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple product categories to maximize ROAS and drive consistent growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across P-Max, Shopping, Search, Display, and YouTube.
  • Manage Google Merchant Center (GMC) feed and troubleshoot disapprovals or feed issues.
  • Implement data-driven strategies for campaign optimization and funnel conversion improvements.
  • Leverage GA4 insights to analyze user behavior, conversion journeys, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis and provide actionable insights to maximize revenue and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative, content, and product teams to align campaign messaging and strategy.
  • Identify growth opportunities through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and Google Ads best practices.


Qualification


  • 3–8 years of total digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in D2C e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of scaling e-commerce campaigns across multiple categories (footwear, apparel, nutraceuticals, jewelry, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in P-Max campaigns, Shopping Ads, GMC, GA4, and funnel optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue-oriented campaign management and delivering high ROAS.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work on the strategic side – from planning budgets and setting KPIs to optimizing performance and scaling.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
