Role Description

• Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
•  Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
•  Oversee SEO, SMO, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing initiatives
•  Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads dashboards
•  Manage marketing budgets, ROI, CPL, CAC, and overall campaign efficiency
•  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketers, SEO executives, and content creators
•  Coordinate with sales, design, and development teams for integrated campaigns
•  Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
•  Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to management and clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

 4–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment

 Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools

 Excellent understanding of lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking

 Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
