As a Senior Google Ads Manager at Mibo The Mind Expert, a leading mental health care establishment in Jayanagar, Bangalore, you will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to support our strategic marketing goals. You will leverage your expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Marketing to monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing valuable insights to optimize campaigns and achieve maximum return on investment. Conducting keyword research, creating compelling ad copy, and optimizing landing pages will be crucial tasks to enhance ad relevance and performance. Managing budgets, bid strategies, and overall campaign costs efficiently will be essential to ensure the effective utilization of resources. You will stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our campaigns competitive and effective. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing strategies that incorporate Google Ads as a key component is also a key aspect of the role. In addition to campaign management, you will provide regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Mentoring and training junior team members to build a strong in-house digital marketing team will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably for healthcare establishments or hospitals. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant digital marketing tools is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and presentation abilities are essential. The role demands the capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Possessing Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications would be highly preferred.
