Senior General Manager, Plant Management

As a Plant Manager at our company, it will be your responsibility to ensure the plant adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry standards. You will troubleshoot and address any production bottlenecks, equipment malfunctions, or supply chain issues that may arise. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations such as USFDA, while also focusing on cost-effective solutions without compromising on product quality or safety. You will be leading, motivating, and managing plant staff, including production, maintenance, quality control, and support teams. It will be essential for you to foster a collaborative work culture and ensure a high level of employee engagement. Additionally, you will need to ensure that the plant complies with occupational health and safety standards and lead initiatives aimed at reducing waste and improving sustainability practices. Effective communication with all departments to ensure transparency and alignment of objectives will also be a key aspect of your role. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) B. Pharm - Required - Master's Degree (MS/MA) M.
