Senior Game Developer

About the Role We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Game Developer to join our core team at Fizzle Pop Games. You’ll play a key role in developing our upcoming casual titles and shaping the foundation of our studio’s tech and development practices. As part of a small, creative team, you'll work closely with artists, designers, and producers to turn concepts into polished, engaging gameplay experiences. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain casual mobile and PC games using Unity Collaborate with designers and artists to implement features and mechanics Optimize games for performance and cross-platform deployment Establish and maintain clean, scalable code architecture Guide junior developers and help build a strong tech culture within the team Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and feature testing Stay updated with industry trends and suggest improvements Requirements 5+ years of experience in game development Strong proficiency in Unity and C# A solid portfolio of shipped games, preferably casual titles Experience with mobile (iOS/Android) and/or PC game development Understanding of game optimization, asset management, and performance tuning Good communication and teamwork skills Passion for casual games and player experience Familiarity with backend systems and multiplayer integration Experience with analytics, live ops, or monetization systems Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git) and agile workflows Why Join Us?
