We are looking for a Senior Functional Engineer with experience in Workday Talent & Performance Modules to join our HCM team.

In this role, you will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday modules that support talent strategy and employee development. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions and enhance performance management processes. Apply now to make a difference in our Workday environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and enhancements of Workday Talent and Performance modules
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to collect and translate requirements into functional solutions
  • Configure Workday systems to support performance reviews, goal setting, succession planning, and career development
  • Design and deliver reports, talent cards, and dashboards to track talent metrics and performance outcomes
  • Provide guidance on best practices for talent management processes within Workday
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues promptly
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and change management activities
  • Stay updated with Workday releases and recommend relevant enhancements

Requirements

  • Extensive experience of 5+ years with Workday Talent and Performance modules
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
  • Proficiency in Workday configuration, reporting, and business process design
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • Workday certification in Talent and/or Performance Management
