Job Summary

TruckMitr is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Laravel, backend development, API integrations, database design, server management, and application security. You will play a key role in architecting systems, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best development practices.

Key Responsibilities

# Backend & Application Development

* Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel (PHP).

* Build scalable, reusable, and efficient backend modules.

* Develop RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for web and mobile applications.

* Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.

* Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.

# Frontend Development

* Work with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (Vue.js / React.js preferred).

* Integrate backend APIs with frontend components.

* Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive UI.

# Database Management

* Design and optimize databases using MySQL / PostgreSQL.

* Write complex queries, stored procedures, and optimize performance.

* Handle database migrations, indexing, backups, and data integrity.

# Server, DevOps & Deployment

* Manage servers on AWS / DigitalOcean / Azure / Linux-based environments.

* Configure and maintain Nginx/Apache web servers.

* Handle application deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).

* Monitor application performance, uptime, and server health.

# Security & Compliance

* Implement strong security practices including authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.

* Secure APIs and applications against common vulnerabilities (SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, etc.).

* Manage SSL certificates, server hardening, and data protection.

* Ensure compliance with best security standards and data privacy regulations.

# System Architecture & Code Quality

* Participate in system architecture design and technical decision-making.

* Review code, enforce coding standards, and conduct technical audits.

* Refactor legacy code for better performance and maintainability.

* Ensure application scalability and future readiness.

# Collaboration & Leadership

* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams.

* Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

* Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions.

* Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

# Technical Skills

* 6–7+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.

* Strong expertise in Laravel Framework and PHP.

* Solid understanding of backend architecture and API development.

* Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL and database optimization.

* Experience with REST APIs, third-party API integrations.

* Hands-on experience with server management and deployment.

* Knowledge of Linux environments, cron jobs, queues, and caching (Redis).

* Strong understanding of application and server security.

* Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.

# Preferred / Plus Skills

* Experience with Vue.js or React.js.

* Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization.

* Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch).

* Familiarity with microservices architecture.

* Experience in logistics, transportation, or SaaS-based platforms is a plus.
