Senior Full Stack Technical Lead / Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and oversee development of 

  full-stack applications

   using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-native tools.
• Lead 

  microservice architecture design

  , ensuring system scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Evaluate and implement 

  AWS services

   (Lambda, ECS, Aurora, API Gateway, Glue, SQS, Batch, OpenSearch) for backend solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Define coding standards, review code, and perform 

  performance optimization

  .
• Collaborate with DevOps and Data teams to integrate services (e.g., Redshift pipelines, CI/CD).
• Translate business needs into 

  scalable technical solutions

  , working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Core Technologies:

   Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, Redux, Python, Jest.

• Architecture Expertise:

   Microservices, distributed systems, design patterns, security best practices.

• Cloud & DevOps:

   Strong experience with AWS (API Gateway, ECS, Lambda, Aurora, Glue, SQS, OpenSearch, Batch) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Databases:

   MySQL, Redshift (including query optimization).

• Frontend Expertise:

   Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.

• Tools:

   VS Code, DataGrip, Jira, GitHub, Postman.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience in 

  fast-paced product development or start-up environments

  .
• Strong communication and mentoring skills with the ability to guide engineering teams.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 4 years in an architectural or senior technical leadership role.
