Senior Full Stack Technical Lead / Architect

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead with strong expertise in modern technologies, cloud platforms, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end application development, manage large teams, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of up to 30 developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and Microservices architecture.

• Oversee project management activities using tools like Jira and manage code repositories via Bitbucket. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps.

• Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying and managing applications, including containers, Kubernetes, static apps, and blob storage.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. • Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.

• Be available for on-call travel to business locations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, Microservices.

• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

• Leadership & Management:

• Proven experience managing teams of up to 30 members.

• Strong project management skills with tools like Jira and Bitbucket.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills for effective business interaction.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience: 1013 years in software development and leadership roles.
