About Us

Pingsy is an AI-powered WhatsApp CRM & communication automation platform that helps businesses streamline conversations, generate leads, and close deals faster. We are scaling rapidly and are looking for a Senior Developer who can take end-to-end ownership of our product development, from architecture to deployment.

This is not just a coding role — it’s about building, leading, and shaping the future of Pingsy.

Role & Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of the Pingsy tech stack (backend, frontend, integrations, and deployments).
• Design and implement scalable architecture for SaaS products handling thousands of users.
• Lead end-to-end development: requirement gathering, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build and optimize APIs and integrations (WhatsApp Business API, email, Slack, CRM tools, payment gateways).
• Oversee frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Python/Go) development.
• Ensure system security, performance, and reliability at scale.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and guide best practices for clean, scalable code.
• Stay up to date with latest tech trends, especially in AI/ML, CRM, and communication automation.

Requirements

• 6–7 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in backend development (Node.js / Python / Go).
• Proven experience with frontend frameworks (React.js / Next.js).
• Deep understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST, Webhooks, 3rd-party APIs like WhatsApp Business API).
• Experience in building secure, scalable SaaS applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, system design, and architecture knowledge.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with non-technical teams.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in early-stage startups or SaaS products.
• Exposure to AI/ML tools & APIs (NLP, LLMs, chatbots).
• Hands-on knowledge of real-time systems (WebSockets, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience managing a small engineering team or mentoring juniors.

Work Setup & Timings

• Hybrid model – based out of Gurugram.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
