Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site, Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js, React.js, Next.js) role located in Ahmedabad. The Team Lead will oversee full-stack development projects, design and implement scalable applications, write clean and efficient code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role entails performing code reviews, optimizing application performance, mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects, resolve challenges, and contribute to the team’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Full Stack Development technologies such as Node.js, React.js, and Next.js
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable backend systems using Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful APIs.
• Develop dynamic, responsive, and efficient front-end applications using React.js.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Design, QA, DevOps) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain coding standards.
• Drive the adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and development methodologies.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
• Take ownership of deliverables and ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of overall experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, React.js and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management (Redux or Context API), and UI performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Proven experience in leading teams, managing sprints, and working in Agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
