Role Description

Senior Rust Developer

Responsibilities:

• Build performant backend services in

  Rust

  to support document and knowledge retrieval.
• Integrate with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) for intelligent generation and summarization.
• Implement

  prompt engineering

  hybrid retrieval

• Manage

Requirements:

• 10+ years

  of overall experience as a software developer, with a solid foundation in building scalable systems.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Rust
