To support our continued growth, we are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer who will not only be a hands-on expert in Angular and .NET but also serve as a technical leader responsible for shaping software architecture, leading teams, and delivering large-scale projects for high-profile clients. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade applications using Angular 18+ and .NET 8. Architect scalable and modular frontend and backend solutions aligned with platform goals. Lead the design of custom components, shared modules, and reusable services in Angular and .NET ecosystems. Take full ownership of solution architecture, database schema, integration patterns, and performance optimization. Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 engineers, conducting code reviews, planning sprints, and guiding junior developers. Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Interface with executive-level clients, translating business needs into technical solutions and presenting complex ideas clearly. Maintain high standards of English language communication, both written and verbal, with appropriate professional etiquette. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of full stack development experience in enterprise applications. Expert-level proficiency in Angular 18+: state management (NgRx or equivalent), reactive forms, lazy loading, advanced component communication, and performance tuning. Deep expertise in .NET 8: RESTful APIs, dependency injection, Entity Framework Core, middleware pipelines, and security frameworks. Proven experience in designing application and component-level architectures, including microservices and service-oriented architecture (SOA). Solid understanding of software design principles and design patterns. Strong SQL Server and relational data modeling skills. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Azure DevOps tools. Excellent command of professional English – clear written documentation, polished communication, and confidence in client presentations. Bonus Points Experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Functions). Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration tools.
