NaukriScore is building India’s first Employee CIBIL Score – a trust & behavior-based scoring system for employees using verified data, HR feedback, exit behavior, and positive/negative conduct signals.

We are building a full SaaS product with employer dashboards, scoring engine, API integrations, and advanced algorithms.

FULL STACK DEVELOPER (React + Node/FastAPI + Postgres)

· Location: My Design Minds, RZ-16, Third Floor, Mahindra Park, Near Hero Showroom, Uttam Nagar, Delhi (110059)

· Salary: 30,000 - 35,000

· Job Type: Full-time

· Experience: 3-5 years

Your Responsibilities

As the core engineer, you will take end-to-end ownership of building the first fully functional MVP of the product. You will independently design, develop, and deploy the complete system, including the frontend, backend, and database.

1. Frontend Development (React + Tailwind)

You will build the entire user-facing interface, including:

• Employer and Candidate Dashboards
• Login, Signup, and Profile Management
• Score Display Page with Detailed Score Breakdown
• HR Feedback & Review Interface
• Dispute Resolution Dashboard
• Fully Responsive and Optimized UI
• Component-driven architecture using React Hooks & Routing

2. Backend Development (Node.js or Python FastAPI)

You will handle all server-side logic, including:

• Secure User Authentication using JWT
• Designing Candidate & Employer Models
• Building Score Calculation APIs
• HR Feedback & Review APIs
• Resume Upload Service
• Score Versioning & Audit Log Mechanisms
• Scalable, integration-ready API structure

3. Database Engineering (PostgreSQL)

You will architect robust database structures, including:

• Defining Tables, Relations, and Migrations
• Creating a Feature Registry Table for scoring logic
• Implementing Score History and Audit Tracking
• Ensuring optimized queries and data integrity

4. Deployment & DevOps

You will manage complete deployment and release cycles:

• Deploy frontend and backend on Render / Railway / AWS Lightsail
• Set up environments, configs, and API testing workflows
• Implement version control and CI/CD best practices
• Ensure the system is stable, scalable, and production-ready

Experience Required

· 3 to 5 years of real-world full-stack development experience

· Must have built at least one complete full-stack product (SaaS/Project/Tool)
