2 Senior Full Stack Developers

About the Role

You’ll be a key player in the development, scaling, and optimization of our HIPAA and GDPR-compliant web platform. Working closely with the Project Manager and a mission-driven team, you’ll help us deliver seamless medical access to thousands of underserved individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement front-end and back-end features.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security (HIPAA & GDPR compliance).
• Support CI/CD processes and infrastructure automation.
• Set up and manage cloud infrastructure and containerized deployments.
• Participate in technical decision-making and architectural discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience

  in full stack development.

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Front-End

  : HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with

  React, Angular, Vue.js, or Electron

  .

• Back-End

  : Node.js, Express, Python, Java, or similar frameworks.

• Databases

  : SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Strong grasp of

  REST APIs

  , version control (

  Git

  ), and web security.
• Experience with

  AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

  .

• DevOps knowledge

  : CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring/logging.
• Familiarity with

  Docker

  or similar containerization tools.
• Testing frameworks like

  Jest

  ,

  Mocha

  , etc.
• Agile/Scrum team experience.
• Sound knowledge of

  HIPAA

  and

  GDPR

  compliance.
