We’re Hiring: 2 Senior Full Stack Developers (5+ Years Exp) – On-site in Indore | Contractual, Full-time We’re building an innovative medical SaaS platform designed to make healthcare more accessible, inclusive, and impactful , especially for rural communities across Africa. We’re looking to hire 2 Senior Full Stack Developers (with 5+ years of experience ) to work full-time from our Indore office . This is a contractual position , and the salary is negotiable as per your expectations . About the Role You’ll be a key player in the development, scaling, and optimization of our HIPAA and GDPR-compliant web platform. Working closely with the Project Manager and a mission-driven team, you’ll help us deliver seamless medical access to thousands of underserved individuals. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement front-end and back-end features. Ensure system reliability, performance, and security (HIPAA & GDPR compliance). Support CI/CD processes and infrastructure automation. Set up and manage cloud infrastructure and containerized deployments. Participate in technical decision-making and architectural discussions. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in full stack development. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Front-End : HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or Electron . Back-End : Node.js, Express, Python, Java, or similar frameworks. Databases : SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB). Strong grasp of REST APIs , version control ( Git ), and web security. Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure . DevOps knowledge : CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring/logging. Familiarity with Docker or similar containerization tools. Testing frameworks like Jest , Mocha , etc. Agile/Scrum team experience. Sound knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR compliance.
