About the Role:

Senior / Lead Full Stack Developer (70% Node.js + 30–40% React.js)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications.
Lead end-to-end architecture discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Build robust backend services with Node.js and microservices.
Develop responsive front-end applications with React.js.
Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.
Mentor team members while being an active, hands-on coder.
Ensure code quality, performance optimisation, and best practices.

Required Skills:

4–12 years of full-stack development experience.
70%+ expertise in Node.js (Express/Nest.js) and strong React.js skills (Hooks, Redux).
Strong background in system design, architecture, and scalability.
Expertise in REST APIs, microservices, authentication, and security.
Hands-on with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

B.Tech/M.Tech
Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.js.
Background in product-based or fintech/startup environments.
Exposure to serverless computing and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
