As a Senior FPGA & Computer Architecture Research Engineer, you'll lead groundbreaking projects that bring our reconfigurable computing vision to life. This role will span architecture design, FPGA innovation, hardware/software integration, and performance optimization.
· Proven track record in FPGA design using Verilog/VHDL and synthesis tools.
· Solid foundation in computer architecture, parallel computing, and hardware–software co-design.
· Proficiency in C/C++, and compiler toolchains; familiarity with LLVM, MLIR, or similar frameworks is valued.
· Experience integrating hardware accelerators with software (abstractions, drivers, toolchains).
· Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments, scripting (Python/Bash), and Git or CI/CD pipelines.
· Strong performance analysis and optimization skills.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Knowledge of edge computing platforms and SoCs (e.g., RK3399, RK3588).
· Experience authoring research, whitepapers, or academic prototypes.
· Background in robotics, autonomous systems, or AI inference accelerators.
· Lead innovation in a domain with limited global precedence.
· Be part of a visionary team shaping hardware-first architectures.
· Hands-on exposure to both deep research and real-world deployment.
· Work on unique products like Vaaman and Axon in the expanding edge AI market.
· Mission-driven work culture based in Surat, India.
