Role Description We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer with strong expertise in modern cross-platform development to join our fast-growing team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will lead the design, architecture, and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications using the latest version of Flutter . You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences. This role involves adopting modern state management practices like Bloc and Riverpod , and utilizing cutting-edge features of Flutter including: Improved Impeller rendering engine Enhanced State Restoration APIs DevTools 3.0 Flutter Web GPU acceleration Background isolates and concurrency enhancements Flexible Material 3 support Responsibilities Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for Android, iOS, and Web platforms. Implement scalable architecture using Bloc , Riverpod , and other modern state management solutions. Collaborate with designers and backend developers to build responsive, pixel-perfect UIs and integrate APIs efficiently. Ensure code quality with unit tests , integration tests , and state restoration practices. Optimize app performance using the Impeller engine and Flutter's GPU-accelerated rendering for web. Keep up-to-date with the latest Flutter features and best practices, including DevTools enhancements and concurrent UI updates . Conduct code reviews and mentor junior Flutter developers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Flutter development with a strong portfolio of live applications. Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and modern architectural patterns like Clean Architecture . Experience in REST API integration, Firebase , SQLite , and cloud-based backend services. Strong command over state management techniques including Bloc , Riverpod , and Provider . Familiarity with Flutter Web , responsive design , and cross-platform optimization . Ability to write clean, maintainable code and implement performance enhancements.
