Role Overview Description

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure mobile applications using Flutter for enterprise SaaS products.
• Implement modular, reusable, and maintainable codebases, ensuring adherence to best practices in architecture.
• Build responsive and adaptive UIs that work seamlessly across iOS and Android devices, following platform-specific guidelines.
• Implement and maintain state management solutions (e.g., Provider, MobX, Riverpod) for large-scale applications.
• Build and integrate custom SDKs, plugins, and native modules for platform-specific functionality.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality enterprise-grade features.
• Optimize application performance, including startup time, memory usage, and responsiveness for large datasets.
• Ensure application reliability and scalability, including offline-first capabilities and secure data persistence (SQLite, Core Data).
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications, ensuring smooth builds, automated testing, and releases.
• Stay updated with evolving Flutter and mobile development ecosystems, bringing forward improvements and innovations.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter, focused on mobile app development
• Strong expertise in iOS and Android frameworks, with working knowledge of Kotlin, Swift, and UIKit.
• Proficiency with databases such as Core Data, SQLite, or other database management systems.
• Experience in building SDKs and creating custom iOS/Android frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Apples design principles and application interface guidelines.
• Experience with Flutter state management libraries (e.g., Provider, MobX) and responsive UI design.
• Strong knowledge of native bridging between Flutter and platform-specific code (iOS/Android).
• Experience with cross-platform and multiplatform integration.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
