Gnapi has a strong expertise in GIS applications working closely with multiple customers across North America.We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. This role involves working closely with product, design, and backend teams while also mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.

What You’ll Do

Lead the development of Flutter-based mobile apps for Android and iOS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Integrate APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve app stability.

Must Have’s

Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart (2-3+ years).
4-7 years overall in mobile app development.
Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics).
Experience with REST API integration, JSON handling, CI/CD pipelines.
Published apps on Google Play Store / Apple App Store.

Good To Have

Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) experience.
Knowledge of GraphQL / WebSockets.
Exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Prior experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS apps.
Contribution to open-source Flutter packages.

Requirements

Flutter framework & Dart programming.
Mobile app architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
Git workflows, Agile methodology, and testing practices.
UI/UX implementation aligned with iOS/Android guidelines.

Secondary Skills

Native Android/iOS development.
API performance optimization & debugging.
CI/CD pipeline configuration.
Microservices & backend integrations.
